INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — A Massachusetts-based data storage and information management services company has announced plans to close its Indianapolis location. In a notice to the state, Iron Mountain Inc. (NYSE: IRM) said nearly 70 employees will be laid off as a result.

The company says “circumstances” are forcing the closure of the facility. The closure is expected to begin Aug. 28 and continue through Sept. 25.

Iron Mountain says the closure is expected to be permanent and all employees at the site will be affected.
