Hoosier schools included in ‘Best Colleges’ ranking

(Inside INdiana Business) — Ten Indiana colleges and universities are included in the 2022 Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education College Rankings list. The ranking was determined based on four key metrics among the schools: resources, engagement, outcomes and environment.

Approximately 800 institutions are included in the overall ranking. The University of Notre Dame is the highest-ranking Hoosier school at No. 28, followed by Purdue University in West Lafayette at No. 48 and Indiana University Bloomington at No. 97.

  • DePauw University – 120
  • Earlham College – 207
  • Butler University – 212
  • Valparaiso University – 223
  • University of Evansville – 284
  • IUPUI – 317
  • Hanover College – 352
