Jobvite acquires Carmel company

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — California-based Jobvite, which has a presence in Indianapolis, has acquired the artificial intelligence and data science team at Predictive Partner in Carmel. Jobvite says the deal will allow the company to accelerate efforts to weave AI into its talent acquisition software platform.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, however Predictive Partner Chief Executive Officer Morgan Llewellyn will continue as chief data scientist for Jobvite.

Jobvite CEO Aman Brar says the acquisition will help the company’s customers get more value from its Talent Acquisition Suite.

“By weaving native AI into all aspects of our software, we will deliver more than mere features—we will deliver the future of smart automation, intelligent messaging, candidate matching, and data-driven hiring decisions for talent organizations of all sizes,” said Brar.

In addition to the acquisition, Jobvite is launching enhanced candidate engagement scoring and intelligent candidate matching capabilities to its platform.
