KSM Consulting acquires Ohio consultancy

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – Indianapolis-based KSM Consulting LLC has acquired Ohio-based Advocate Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in public assistance contact centers and health and human services technology. The company says the acquisition will add 28 data and technology professionals to its workforce.

KSMC, which specializes in technology, data analytics and management consulting, says it will maintain offices in Columbus, Ohio and Lansing, Michigan. The company did not disclose the acquisition price.

The company will absorb Advocate clients across Michigan, Massachusetts and New York and will continue its contact center partnership with Cincinnati Bell Technology Services. KSMC says the acquisition increases its business, digital, and health and human services solutions for its public sector clients.
