Lighthouse Autism Center purchases Autism Therapy Services
MISHAWAKA, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — Mishawaka-based Lighthouse Autism Center has announced the acquisition of Autism Therapy Services LLC, based in the greater-Indianapolis market. Lighthouse operates nine facilities in Indiana after first opening in Mishawaka in 2012.
The purchase allows the organization to expand its service area while making Lighthouse one of the largest Applied Behavioral Analysis providers in the state.
“The ATS team has strong, data-driven, clinical processes in place and a passion for helping children and families, two critical areas that align perfectly with the Lighthouse mission and values,” said Gregg Maggioli, Lighthouse’s co-founder and CEO. “We couldn’t be more excited or proud to welcome ATS to the Lighthouse family.”
ATS Chief Executive Officer Michael Mitchell says Lighthouse’s resources and talent will help them further their mission.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
