OneZone partners with Indiana chamber on mentoring effort

FISHERS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – OneZone, the chamber of commerce for Carmel and Fishers, is partnering with the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to develop a mentoring program. The partners, in conjunction with Indianapolis-based Engage Mentoring, say the program help employers skill up their workforce by connecting them with mentors to help grow their skills on a variety of topics.

The two chambers say the program aligns with their mission to help employers throughout the state skill up their workforce and provide access to critical mentoring relationships.

“We are proud to partner with Engage Mentoring and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce to offer our members an opportunity to engage in an innovate and effective company to company mentoring program.” said Jack Russell, president of OneZone. “It is important as our organization continues to be a voice and impactful for businesses that we provide strong resources to employers in our community to help them attract, retain, and develop talent. This partnership will be a strong tool for our business community in Carmel, Fishers, and our region.”

The Indiana Chamber last week announced a similar partnership with the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce.
