Josh Speidel leaves hospital months after crash
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Josh Speidel is going home.
Speidel, 18, was seriously injured in a car crash in February. Just last week, his family told 24-Hour News 8 he would be able to push his own wheelchair into his home soon.
Thursday, Speidel tweeted out a photo of him leaving the hospital with a short message: I’m going home.

Speidel was a standout basketball player at Columbus North High School before the crash. The community rallied around him to support his recovery.
