Knowledge Services buys former Marsh headquarters

FISHERS, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) — Indianapolis-based Knowledge Services has announced the acquisition of Crosspoint Center in Fishers, the former home of Marsh Supermarkets headquarters. The company expects total costs including purchase price, renovations, furnishings, software and other items to be $15.1 million.

“While we are living in unprecedented times in our country, we know that this too shall pass and there will be a time when we are able to return to work and to normal routines. With this purchase, we are investing in our community, our company and a hopeful future for tomorrow,” said Julie Bielawski, founder and CEO of Knowledge Services.

The plan is for the company to move into the 165,000-square-foot space later in the year. Renovations are planned to begin soon, with plans for a 300-seat auditorium, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a fitness center, nature trail and meeting rooms. Crosspoint Center will be leasing all unused, renovated Class A office space to new tenants.

Knowledge Services bought land in Fishers with plans to build in 2018, which Bielawski says they will keep and will work with the city of Fishers on changes to their Economic Development Agreement.
