Kristin Wollak passes away following ALS battle
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Kristin Wollak, a woman featured in a WISH Patrol segment, has passed away.
WISH-TV viewers met Wollak in March of 2017 when she was surprised by Brooke Martin and the WISH Patrol.
Wollak had been diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s disease, just days after her daughter was born in 2016.
She died on May 27. She was 32.
Wollak is survived by her husband Matthew and their daughter, Kamila.
Visitation is planned from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on May 31 at Myers Mortuary in Lebanon. Her funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. on June 1.
