Lady Gaga, Dalai Lama to speak at U.S. mayor’s conference in Indy
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Dalai Lama and Lady Gaga will participate in the U.S. Conference of Mayors this weekend.
The conference will take place this weekend in Indianapolis.
The Dalai Lama will address the nearly 300 mayors that will be at the conference on Sunday.
He will speak about the “global significance of building kind and compassionate cities through action at the local level.”
According to the release, after his speech, he will be joined by Lady Gaga for a Q&A session.
They will answer questions from the country’s mayors as well as young people.
Their appearance follows an announcement that Hillary Clinton will also be in Indianapolis speaking at the conference.
