Lingering morning showers

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A few lingering showers for the morning hours with a little bit of fog as well. Temperatures will start in the upper 50s and lower 60s. Showers will clear out by the afternoon with highs headed to the upper 60s to near 70 with lots of clouds. We’ll keep it dry overnight with lows falling to the mid-50s.

Saturday looks to be a soggy one with scattered light rain chances through the entire day. Highs will also run a good 5-10° below the seasonal high topping out in the lower 60s. Mini Marathon runners should expect temperatures in the mid-50s with a few sprinkles possible through the race. Showers will move out overnight with clouds decreasing through the morning hours of Sunday. Sunday, sunshine will finally return with high temperatures warming to the lower 70s.

 Next week will be another unsettled week with several chances for rain and storms. Highs will warm nicely through the week with highs in the 70s.
