Kokomo man killed in crash involving motorcycle
UPDATE: The Kokomo Police Department has identified the man killed in a crash in Kokomo Tuesday afternoon as Christopher Vargo, 52, of Kokomo.
According to police, Vargo crashed into the side of 50-year-old Kimberly Kidwell’s vehicle when she was making a left turn in the intersection of State Road 931 and Center Road. Kidwell told police she believed she was clear to turn left on the flashing yellow light signal.
Vargo was pronounced dead at the scene Tuesday afternoon.
KOKOMO, Ind. (WISH) — A person has died in a Tuesday crash of a car and motorcycle, Kokomo Police Department says.
The crash occurred at the intersection of State Road 931 and Center Road. Police had no information about the time of the crash in a Facebook post.
The police said no other information is being released at this time.
