We lost an hour over on Sunday. That change can play tricks with your sleep patterns and productivity.
Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, stopped by Daybreak Monday.
She discussed some ways to keep up energy and how to adjust to the change in time.
Some of her advice includes avoiding crash diets, using caffeine appropriately and drinking water.
