Amazon delivers $180K holiday surprise for less fortunate families in Indy
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Amazon has stepped up to the plate to bring holiday cheer to homeless students and their families in Indianapolis.
The company donated $180,000 to seven organizations that currently address homelessness in various ways.
The company hosted a Winter Wonderland Extravaganza at Ralph Waldo Emerson School where over 300 students participated.
Amazon also handed out toys to each student who attended the celebration.
