As river overflows, IU students ride inflatable duck
BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — College students sure can get creative.
As heavy rain led to flooding in central Indiana this week, some Indiana University students decided to have some fun with Mother Nature.
IU sophomores Brandon Wehmiller and Noah Nash took a trip down the flooded Jordan River on Thursday afternoon.
They told the Indiana Daily Student that they bought the toy for $40 and named him Howard.

The guys looked like they were having a ton of fun, even as they approached a low bridge.
Stay dry, fellas!
