At least 1 dead after crash on northwest side
UPDATE: The victim has been identified as 46-year-old Joseph Murphy III.
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A person is dead after a hit and run crash on the city’s northwest side Saturday evening, police said.
Just after 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the intersection of West 46th Street and North High School Road on reports of a crash.
According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, at least one person died in the crash.
No further information about the crash was immediately available.
