Christmas at the Indy Zoo returns
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Christmas at the Indy Zoo is back!
A long tradition is back this year at the Indianapolis Zoo. For the 50th year, the zoo is having their Christmas at the Zoo event.
The tradition started in 1967 and has grown in size each year.
Guests can take a walk through Santa’s Village, drink hot chocolate, and take in all the Christmas lights. This year the zoo has extended days and times. They are open on Monday and Tuesday and also until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
The Christmas experience is included with regular admission ticket. The event goes until December 30.
