City of Indianapolis gears up for day of service
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — In one week, you’re invited to get out and do something to improve the community.
“Indy Do Day” kicks off on September 27 and serves as a day where Hoosiers band together to lend a helping hand within neighborhoods.
Jenny Dexter and Maggie Lewis dropped by our studios to h share some information.
Over 30,000 people are expected to volunteer over the three days.
