Contact center in Fishers is growing & hiring 200

FISHERS (Inside INdiana Business) — Miami-based Sitel Group is hosting a virtual hiring event Tuesday to fill 200 positions for its call center in Fishers. The company says it is hiring “on the spot” to support new business and client growth in Indiana.

Sitel says this round of hiring is on-top of 150 positions it filled in February. Right now, the company has 500 employees at the Fishers location.

Sitel is a customer service center for a variety of businesses. The company says the new positions include full-time onsite and work-from-home positions. The firm says 50% of the jobs will be completely virtual, 30% will be a hybrid and 20% will be fully onsite positions.

The online event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 30, where attendees will have the opportunity to virtually meet with the site team and take part in interviews.
