Dick Wolfsie tries out indoor rowing at CrossFit Hydrogen

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each and every week Dick Wolfsie shares a story unique to central Indiana.

This week Dick stopped by Crossfit Hydrogen in Castleton and spoke with Sean Hollick. 

Crossfit Hydrogen focuses on saving people from chronic diseases like obsety and all other things. One of the fitness center’s passions includes indoor rowing. 

The business specializes in indoor rowing. The sport is newer to the Midwest, but it has been growing. 

“One of the beauties about rowing is anyone can do it, regardless of age,” explained Hollick.
