INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Health experts have long touted the importance and benefits of getting enough sleep at night.
Dr. Danielle Henderson, a clinical psychologist from IU Health, was on Daybreak Saturday, the last day of National Sleep Awareness Week.
She discussed the importance of sleep for overall health, the recommended amount of sleep for age groups and why exercise is important to sleep.
She also shared some tips for better sleep.
