Fats to add for a healthy heart

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – February is Heart Month, which is designed to get people to think about heart health.

When it comes to meals, “heart healthy” is likely a term you’ve heard thrown around but may not be sure what it means.

Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, was on Daybreak Monday.

She talked about “heart healthy” and some healthy fats to add to your diet.
