Foods to fight the flu

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Many are likely already preparing for the upcoming cold and flu season.

One way to prepare and fight the flu is by boosting the immune system with nutrients.

Registered Community Health dietitian Katilyn Wong stopped by Daybreak
