Former Crowe executive to join IEDC

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — The former chief marketing officer for accounting firm Crowe LLP has been named executive vice president of global investments for the Indiana Economic Development Corp. Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers has selected Ann Lathrop to lead the IEDC’s efforts in overseeing domestic business attraction, foreign direct investment and trade.

Lathrop began her career as an auditor for KPMG. She later served as deputy mayor for the city of Indianapolis before transitioning to city controller.

Lathrop begins her role November 1.
