Franciscan Health creates ‘Gratitude Wall’ to display notes, cards and drawings for healthcare workers

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Every day there are more COVID-19 cases and deaths related to the virus announced in the state of Indiana.

As of Wednesday, there are 12, 438 confirmed COVID-19 cases with 661 total deaths in the Hoosier state.

Healthcare workers are on the frontlines responding to the global pandemic. Whether it’s doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists or hospital housekeepers, they are all working to treat those sick with the virus.

For people who have and want to thank all of those healthcare workers for putting in long hours during the pandemic, Franciscan Health has come up with a way to display your gratitude.

The hospital has created a Gratitude Wall where the hospital system will showcase notes, cards and drawings from the public thanking those health heroes.
