INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – With more warm weather days to come, many are likely itching to spend more time outdoors.
But getting outside does not have to mean keeping gym workouts indoors.
Mike Granato, from Community Health coach, was on Daybreak Monday.
He shared some tips on how to bring the gym workout to the great outdoors.
Some his tips included following a program but not being afraid to shake things up every so often, use materials and object around you and to plan ahead.
