Getting exercise in during a hectic schedule

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The month of May means celebrating Mother’s Day and Women’s Health Month.

Mothers are some of the busiest people, which can make fitting in exercise in that hectic schedule a bit difficult.

Mike Granato, Community Network Health coach, was on Daybreak Monday.

He discussed some ways on how to sneak some exercise in that busy schedule.
