Golf company draws up plan for tee off in Fishers

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – Golf fans could tee off at a high tech entertainment complex for avid golfers and your average player.

Topgolf is hoping to open their first Indiana location in Fishers. They are planning to build a 65,000-square-foot venue that would open sometime in the spring of 2017. It would be located at 116th Street near Cumberland Road.

The plan is awaiting approval from the Fishers City Council. They will meet on Tuesday to discuss the project.

Officials want to build a three story building with 3,000 square feet of event space that would be open year-round.
