INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – We know pregnant women are eating for two.

But there’s quite a bit we can learn from the way they eat, especially if we eat like them.

Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, stopped by Daybreak Monday.

She discussed how and why to limit caffeine every day, what fish to eat and avoid and how to stay hydrated.
