For many, candy eating has already started.
In additional to being a time for friends and family to get together and celebrate the Easter holiday, it’s also one of the most candy-coated holidays.
Community Health dietitian Kaitlyn Wong stopped by Daybreak Monday.
She talked about some healthier options when indulging in the sweets this upcoming Easter.
