INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Some use the new year for inspiration to start healthy habits, while others may decide a resolution isn’t exclusive to a new year.
No matter how you feel on the subject of when to begin new, healthy habits, Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, was on Daybreak to share some helpful ideas.
Some of what she discussed included habit stacking, which is pairing a new habit with something that you’re already doing.
Another tip she shared was to set clear, specific and measurable goals.
