How to incorporate more fruits, veggies into your diet

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Everyone knows how important it is to eat fruit and vegetables.

However, many people struggle to get enough of those in our diets.

Kaitlyn Wong, a dietitian at Community Health, stopped by Daybreak Monday.

She discussed some ways to incorporate these healthy foods.

Some of her suggestions include challenging yourself to eat a fruit or vegetable at every single meal.
