How to use exercise to fight diabetes

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – November is National Diabetes Month.

Earlier in November, Community Health dietitian Kaitlyn Wong was on Daybreak to talk about diabetes and diet.

On Monday, Mike Granato, a health coach from Community Health, was on to talk about exercise and diabetes.

He mentioned exercise recommendations from the American Diabetes Association, the best time to exercise and what is a good pre-workout snack.
