IMPD: Motorcyclist dies in NE side crash
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A motorcyclist has died after a crash on the city’s far northeast side Wednesday evening, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Police responded to the intersection of Fall Creek Road and Hague Road around 6:50 p.m. That location is just north of Fort Harrison State Park.
IMPD says, according to witnesses, the male driver of the motorcycle attempted to make an illegal pass on double yellow when he was hit by an SUV.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
