IMPD locates missing 62-year-old man

UPDATE FROM IMPD: On Aug. 5, 2020, IMPD Missing Persons detectives located 62-year-old Charles Shillings. Shillings family has been able to contact him. IMPD detectives would like to thank the Indianapolis community for their ongoing assistance in locating missing persons.

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is searching for a missing 62-year-old man.

IMPD says Charles Shillings was last seen on July 13 in the 700 block of Eskenazi Avenue leaving Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital.

Shillings is described as a white male who is 5’5″ and weighs 198 pounds. He has gray hair and is balding, suffers from dementia and has other health issues.
