IMS Museum closed through Thanksgiving due to increase of COVID-19 cases

SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) – The Indianapolis Speedway Museum will be closed through Thanksgiving.

Museum management says that because of the increase of COVID-19 cases its closing its doors until further notice in order to protect staff.

It says it will reevaluate its decision during Thanksgiving week.

It says the Zoom session between 1985 Indianapolis 500 winner Danny Sullivan and IMS President Doug Boles will take place Wednesday, Nov. 18 as scheduled.
