IMS shares unique video of Thunderbirds Indy 500 flyover

SPEEDWAY, Ind. (WISH) – The Indianapolis 500 is an historic race filled with some pretty spectacular sights and sounds.

While this year’s race was very different due to the pandemic, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway shared some rather incredible video prior to the start of the annual race.

Before the 104th running of the Indianapolis 500, the Thunderbirds, the United States Air Force air demonstration team, flew over the speedway.

On Tuesday evening, the speedway shared some incredible point-of-view video of the flyover.
