Indianapolis Moms: Further learning of Black history
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – All month WISH-TV and the greater community have increased focus on Black history since February is Black History Month.
However, as we inch closer to the end of the month that does not mean such recognition should end on the 28.
DeAndrea Beaven, an Indianapolis Moms contributor, stopped by Daybreak Wednesday.
She talked about why and how we should normalize celebrating Black History Month all year.
