Indy-based staffing company is planning for growth

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Professional staffing company Networks Connect LLC says it plans to expand its headquarters in Indianapolis by creating 34 new jobs over the next two years. The company, which launched in March 2019, says it is investing $1.3 million to lease and equip office space on the city’s northeast side.

Networks Connect has already undergone growth over the past eight months by adding 16 new employees since last August.

The company offers a variety of staffing solutions for the technology, engineering and scientific sectors, including direct placement or a consulting basis. It also provides medical care staffing for long-term care facilities, assisted living centers and hospitals.

“Our impact will be in both the quality and scale of our service offerings, but also in the jobs we create right here in Indianapolis at our corporate headquarters,” said Chris Madden, Networks Connect president and founder.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered Networks Connect up to $450,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company’s job creation plans.

“Indiana is ranked first in the Midwest for entrepreneurial friendliness, and it’s exciting to see startups like Networks Connect choose to stay and grow here,” said interim Indiana Secretary of Commerce Jim Staton. “Not only is Networks Connect’s growth creating quality jobs for Hoosiers, but it’s also working to connect more of Indiana’s skilled-and-ready talent to a variety of businesses across of the state.”
