INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Adults and parents often put sleep on the back burner.
A recent study shows, on average, adults receive less sleep than what is recommended.
Katy Gentry McCord, an Indy Moms contributor, was on Daybreak Wednesday.
She discussed the importance of sleep shared some of her tips and tricks for getting some shuteye.
Additionally, she talked about the consequences of not getting enough sleep.
