Interim IPS superintendent shares plans for district

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The interim superintendent of Indianapolis Public Schools dropped by our studios Monday to share her plans.

Aleesia Johnson spoke with Scott Sander during Daybreak Monday morning.

Johnson will take over for Dr. Lewis Ferebee when he leaves in early January. She currently serves as the district’s deputy superintendent for academics.
