IPS holds first ‘State of the District,’ unveils 5-year plan
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Public Schools district held its first-ever “State of the District” Wednesday evening, which came with a new 5-year plan.
Aleesia Johnson, IPS superintendent, stopped by Daybreak Thursday.
She discussed some of the six priorities outlined in the plan, including student-centered teaching and learning and school center central services.
