Memorable Dick Wolfsie moments: Barbara Henry, the teacher of Ruby Bridges

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — WISH-TV’s Dick Wolfsie is retiring at the end of the week, so we’re taking a look back at some of his memorable moments, leading up to our end-of-week retrospective.

In 2007, the Children’s Museum Of Indianapolis opened “The Power of Children” exhibit. One of the children featured was Ruby Bridges.

In 1960, at the age of 6, she became the first Black child to integrate the Louisiana school system.

Dick talked to her teacher, Barbara Henry.

Check out this memorable Dick Wolfsie moment from 2007.
