Mimi Blue closing Carmel location

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — Mimi Blue Restaurant on Sunday announced its Carmel location is closing due to financial challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The other two Mimi Blue locations — located on Massachusetts Avenue downtown and at The Fashion Mall — will remain open.
In a press release announcing the closure, Mimi Blue said the Carmel location had experienced “significantly decreased sales” during the pandemic.
All staff were either transferred to another Mimi Blue restaurant or given a financial severance package, according to the company.
