More than 22,000 without power during storms
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — More than 22,000 residents are without power following Wednesday’s storms.
Indianapolis Power & Light was reporting 22,916 outages at 5:30 p.m.
Much of central Indiana is currently under severe thunderstorm watches or warnings.

WISH-TV has reached out to IPL for an estimate on restoration. An estimate has not been provided, but IPL crews are currently responding.
Duke Energy is reporting 3,286 outages across the state, primarily in west and southwest Indiana.
