Ms. Wheelchair Indiana to mentor, support others with disabilities


INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana has a new Ms. Wheelchair.

Shauna Wilson was formally crowned at the Indiana Statehouse on Thursday.

Wilson stopped by Daybreak Sunday morning to talk about the experience of being named Indiana’s Ms. Wheelchair.

She also talked about how she plans to use her time as Indiana’s Ms. Wheelchair to empower women with disabilities, mentor and get others active and out, so they are living life to the fullest.
