Patrick Industries buys seating manufacturer
ELKHART (Inside INdiana Business) – Elkhart-based Patrick Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: PATK) has acquired Williamsburg Marine LLC and Williamsburg Furniture Inc., a manufacturer of marine and motorized RV seating in the Kosciusko County town of Milford. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Patrick says the Williamsburg businesses will continue to operate under their respective brand names in their existing facilities.
“We are excited to partner with Gus Feiler and the creative teams at Williamsburg, whose quality and customized seating product offerings will further enhance our presence and full solutions model in the marine and RV space,” said Andy Nemeth, chief executive officer of Patrick Industries. “As with previous acquisitions, we will support Williamsburg with a financial and operational foundation that will allow it to continue to capitalize on its core competencies.”
Earlier this month, Patrick acquired Wet Sounds Inc., a Texas-based audio systems and accessories manufacturer.
