Pedestrian killed on south side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One man is dead after being struck by a vehicle on the city’s south side, according to a police report filed by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers were called to the area of Madison Avenue and East Thompson Road around 11 p.m. Saturday on reports of a person struck.
According to a police report, the driver of the car stayed on the scene.
No information about the victim or the driver has been released.
