Pedestrian struck, killed on US 31 in Greenwood

GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) – One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Greenwood Wednesday evening.
According to the Greenwood Police Department, a pedestrian was hit at U.S. 31 and Meadow Drive around 10:30 p.m.
Police said the driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.
No further information about the deadly incident has been released.
