This time Susan Hobbs with Pet Pals TV stopped by Midday with Samantha Morton from the Humane Society of the United States.
They discussed the Horrible Hundred 2020 report.
According to the Humane Society, the Horrible Hundred report is a list of problematic puppy breeder and sellers in the country.
Five organizations in the state of Indiana actually made the list.
